FEBRUARY
The 1st February was the penultimate round of the BA Postal League, the recurve archers did very well but unfortunately one of the compound archers had an equipment malfunction so their score was not what it could have been.

The NAA Indoor County Championships were held on the 8th February at Hingham’s Indoor venue with Tiffiny Chandler, Stephen Dewing and Milly Dewing representing Fakenham Bowmen. Tiffiny came 1st in Women 50+ compound, Milly 2nd in Junior Ladies compound and Steve 2nd in Men 50+ compound. Congratulations.

The second round of the Inter Club friendly competition took place on 26th February in the Lancaster Room. The four teams that took part were, Fakenham Bowmen, Wymondham Rebels, Grey Goose Archers and City of Norwich Archers. The winners were Wymondham Rebels, Grey Goose Archers second, City of Norwich Archers third and Fakenham Bowmen fourth, it was a very close fought competition.

Norfolk Archery Association held a coaching session on the 28th February, again in the Lancaster Room, with one session in the morning and another session in the afternoon. Both sessions were extremely well attended, with top star reviews from all the coaches.

March sees our indoor club championships and the start of our Clout season.
