NAA County & Open Outdoor Championships 2024

Fakenham Bowmen are once again hosting the Norfolk County and Open Outdoor Championships in 2024.
The Championships will be a St George, Albion and Windsor rounds depending on your entry category. These are 5-zone scoring rounds with three dozen arrows shot at three different distances. You can enter any category you like, but are only eligible to be the County Champion if you enter the appropriate round listed.

Here are the full round details for those new to this :
The St George, Albion and Windsor archery rounds consist of shooting 3 dozen arrows at a long distance, then 3 dozen at a middle distance, then 3 dozen at shorter distance.
The distances are:
St George – 100 yds, 80 yds, 60 yds
Albion – 80 yds, 60 yds, 50 yds
Windsor – 60 yds, 50 yds, 40 yds
Windsor 50 – 50 yds, 40 yds, 30 yds
Windsor 40 – 40 yds, 30 yds, 20 yds
Windsor 30 – 30 yds, 20 yds, 10 yds
The target is a full size 122cm target face and the rounds are scored using 5 zone scoring i.e. 9 for gold, 7 for red, 5 for blue, 3 for black and 1 for white.
You can choose to enter any round, however if you want to be eligible for the County Championships and the Team Championship prizes, you MUST shoot the correct round for your category (age and sex). Please ensure you enter the correct category when you book, as changes on the day will be at the discretion of the organiser and space permitting.

50+ Men: Albion (80, 60, 50 yds)
21-50 Men: St George (100, 80, 60 yds)
U21 Men: St George (100, 80, 60 yds)
U18 Men: Albion (80, 60, 50 yds)
U16 Men: Windsor (60, 50, 40 yds)
U15 Men: Windsor 50 (50, 40, 30 yds)
U14 Men: Windsor 40 (40, 30, 20 yds)
U12 Men: Windsor 30 (30, 20, 10 yds)
50+ Women: Windsor (60, 50, 40 yds)
21-50 Women: Albion (80, 60, 50 yds)
U21 Women: Albion (80, 60, 50 yds)
U18 Women: Windsor (60, 50, 40 yds)
U16 Women: Windsor 50 (50, 40, 30 yds)
U15 Women: Windsor 50 (50, 40, 30 yds)
U14 Women: Windsor 40 (40, 30, 20 yds)
U12 Women: Windsor 30 (30, 20, 10 yds)
